We make every effort to ship next business day for orders received prior to 3:00pm EST/EDT. All shipments are insured and require signature. We are unable to ship outside the USA or to PO Box, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (APO), and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO.

Returns & Replacements
All returns must have an RMA number. Contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
There is a 1 year warranty for your purchase should the necklace, bracelet or earrings break due to a defect. If you return all the pieces of the necklace, bracelet or earrings we will rebuild your purchase and return it to you. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return the item to us and we will pay for the shipping back to you within the USA.
For returns that are covered under the 1 year warranty and are missing pieces we will attempt to find the correct items or will offer alternative solutions when possible. The customer will be charged for the cost of materials. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return the item to us and we will pay for the shipping back to you.
We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
